Rolling Hills Veterinary Services, PC (RHVS) was established in July of 1998 by Tracy B. Whitaker, DVM. Dr.Whitaker is a 1990 graduate of Tuskegee University. In 1991, he moved to Anniston, Alabama where he worked as an associate until 1998 at which time Rolling Hills Veterinary Services, PC was established. The name was formed because of the rolling hills and mountains of the area and the pleasant feelings it portrays.
